Generating the enquiry is only half the job. LoomReach builds and manages the whole path from paid traffic to a qualified survey in the diary — landing page, instant response, follow-up and revenue attribution.
/ The actual problem
Most of what goes wrong in solar happens after the click. Turning the ad budget up rarely fixes any of it.
Calls ring out while the team is on a roof. Web forms sit for hours. The homeowner who doesn’t get through simply calls the next installer, and never appears in any report, because they were never a lead.
Solar is a considered purchase. Homeowners collect three quotes and think for weeks. If nobody chases at day 3, day 10 and day 30, the job goes to whoever did.
The platform reports “conversions”. Your accounts show installs. Without offline conversion data those two never meet, so you optimise toward cheap enquiries instead of profitable ones.
/ Rough maths
Your numbers, not ours. Move the sliders and see what unanswered calls and unchased quotes are plausibly costing per year.
/ Estimated annual leak
£0
in gross profit, from enquiries you have already paid to generate
Deliberately conservative: recovered enquiries are assumed to close at half your normal rate, and structured follow-up to lift quote conversion by a fifth. It sizes the problem — it isn’t a forecast.
We’ll replace every one of these figures with your real data and show you where the funnel is actually leaking.
/ What we build
Four stages, built and run as one machine. A gap in any of them shows up as wasted spend somewhere else.
The offer and the demand. What you actually advertise, which segment, which angle — then Google Search where the intent already exists, with Meta added later for retargeting rather than first.
A page built for the ad that produced the click, not your homepage. Its only job is turning that click into an enquiry.
SMS and email fire within seconds. If nobody picks up the phone in 10–15 seconds an AI voice agent does — qualifies the caller, checks the property, and books the survey into your calendar with confirmations and reminders.
CRM pipeline, quote follow-up at day 3, 10 and 30, then offline conversion data so Google optimises toward keywords that produce installs — not the cheapest form fill.
/ Why this is different
You’ve had those calls — a homeowner already quoted by four installers, price-shopping a shared lead. We create demand that comes to you alone, on your own domain, from your own ad account.
A conventional agency reports CPC and CPL and calls it done. If your team misses a fifth of the calls, that surfaces as “poor lead quality” rather than a fixable operational gap.
Ad account, landing page, CRM, phone number, automations — all in your name from day one. If we stop working together, the machine stays with you.
/ How we start
No twelve-month retainer before either of us knows the economics. The pilot exists to find out what a pound of ad spend actually produces in your business.
Offer and positioning, Google Search campaigns built and managed.
A solar landing page, built, hosted and tested.
Tracked number, AI voice agent for missed calls, instant SMS and email.
Pipeline and routing, survey booking and reminders, quote chasing.
GA4, Google Ads and offline conversions. Weekly numbers, monthly review.
Measured end to end: cost per click, landing page conversion rate, cost per enquiry, qualified rate, speed to first contact, survey booking rate, show rate, quote rate, close rate, cost per customer, revenue per £1 spent.
/ Honest qualification
Worth checking before you book. We’d rather say so now than three months in.
/ Questions
A fixed monthly management fee plus your ad spend, which you pay directly to Google. It never passes through us and we take no margin on it. The fee depends on how much needs building versus what you already have — you’ll get the number on the call, once we’ve seen your setup.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We control the ads, the page, the response speed and the follow-up. We don’t control your pricing, survey quality, or whether your closer turns up. What we commit to is measuring it properly and showing you weekly — including when it’s bad.
It only picks up when nobody else has, after about 10–15 seconds. The alternative isn’t a human answering — it’s a voicemail, and a homeowner who rings your competitor instead. It states clearly that it’s an assistant and hands anything unusual to a human callback. You listen to the recordings and we tune it together.
Common, and not necessarily a problem. Agencies usually run the ad account well and stop at the click. The gaps we find sit after that — response time, missed calls, quote follow-up, attribution. Sometimes the right answer is that we build the conversion and follow-up layer while they keep running ads.
You do, all of it. Google Ads, GA4, the landing page, the CRM, the phone number, the automations — in your name from day one. If we part ways you keep the working system.
Build takes two to three weeks. Ads usually go live in week three and first enquiries arrive within days. Meaningful numbers on close rate and cost per customer need the full 90 days, because solar has a sales cycle and early data is noisy.
No. Two clients bidding on the same keywords in the same postcodes drives both their costs up. Territory is agreed before we start.
/ Next step
We’ll go through what you’re spending, what it’s producing and where the funnel is leaking. You’ll get a straight answer on whether this is worth doing — including “not yet”, if that’s the honest one.
Pick a time below. No deck, no proposal you didn’t ask for, and no follow-up sequence if you say no.
